Amanda Berry, LMFT
Psychotherapist & Founder
I became a therapist because I am fascinated with relationship dynamics and I feel that healthy relationships are absolutely integral to our happiness. I believe everyone deserves a happy, fulfilling relationship and is capable of changing unhealthy patterns that may contribute to their demise. We can all learn tools to be better for ourselves and for our partners – the question is, are you ready to change? My goal is to help people understand that realistic, fulfilling relationships are obtainable with the right skills and mindset.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a sense of humor, and a warm, personable therapy style. Coming off of several years seeing many couples and individuals, I’ve decided to follow my passion for helping women who are struggling with relationships and other mental health issues. As an LMFT, I am able to apply all of my couples therapy and relationship knowledge in my therapy with clients, even though they may not be seeking couples therapy at this time. My goal is to help you understand where unhealthy patterns originated in your life, and take new, healthier actions that result in feeling better about yourself. I’m passionate about helping empower women to make healthy choices for themselves despite outside pressures. This type of change is possible!
