Tracy Presser, LPC

Creating a space where you feel heard and validated is my goal as a therapist. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment by using empathy, authenticity, and humor. Taking the time to build a genuine connection is important. I believe in working collaboratively and finding the style of therapy that works best for your needs. I can support you through your therapeutic journey by exploring challenging topics, introducing tools, and identifying patterns.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I provide individual and couples therapy to those looking to strengthen their relationships and cultivate meaningful changes in their life.
