Psychotherapist & Founder
You are getting closer to being ready to enlist someone to help your relationship thrive again. You wonder what you need to do to have a good relationship, recover from one, or address symptoms that are impacting your daily life.
I became a therapist because I am fascinated with relationship dynamics and I feel that healthy relationships are the crux of happiness. I believe everyone deserves a happy, fulfilling relationship and is capable of changing unhealthy patterns that may contribute to their demise. We can all learn tools to be better for ourselves and for our partners – the question is, are you ready to change? My goal is to help people understand that realistic, fulfilling relationships are obtainable with the right skills and mindset.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a sense of humor, and a warm, personable therapy style. I take a direct approach to provide you with the insight and practical tools you need to set realistic expectations for your relationship and nurture it back to life. If you’re not in a relationship, but struggling with depression, anxiety, sadness from a betrayal, breakup, and more, I’ll provide guidance through these difficult transitions as well. After spending some time gathering information about you and your history/current struggles, we’ll tailor therapy to help address your most important needs.
I know that reaching out to ask for help is not easy. So many individuals and couples hesitate to ask for help, blindly making their way through daily life, hoping that at some point their partner will hear them or they will just somehow get back on track. It doesn’t have to be like this. You can take action NOW so that you can truly understand what makes relationships work and how to harness these skills for yourself.
You don’t have to feel lost anymore, wondering what’s working or how to feel better. Therapy can help you achieve your personal and relationship goals by examining unhealthy patterns and setting a plan to fix them. Call or email me today to inquire about setting an appointment.
